Are there any additional fees for the courses? Do I need to prepare any tools?
- Just come with a creative mindset, no additional fees are required.
- The course fees include materials, full-time teaching and assistance from the instructor.
- If the completion of the artwork exceeds the operating hours or if it is handed over to the instructor for completion, additional fees will be charged.
How long does it take to complete the artwork?
- Generally, it takes about 2-4 hours from drafting to completion. The first half of the course is for teaching, while the second half is for finalizing the artwork, which takes approximately 1 hour.
- The production speed will be dependent by the complexity of the design and the understanding level of the students. Please allocate extra time, and the teacher will do their best to assist you in completing the artwork.
Reservation cancellation/refund policy
If the course cannot be held due to natural disasters or other force majeure factors (based on the announcement of Taipei City), please proactively contact Arts Plus Social via LINE or email, and we will assist you in rescheduling or refunding. If the cancellation is due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. Please feel free to contact our staff for more details. More information can be found in the "Registration Notes" section on our website.
*The following force majeure factors will result in a direct refund of the deposit:
- Weather conditions, where government agencies announce the suspension of classes in the area.
- Unexpected situations, such as power outages or equipment failures that prevent the course from being conducted.
